Description

Overview
PIM 6508 SE is an 8-axis CNC machining center engineered to process PVC profiles on four sides. The machine executes milling, drilling (key holes, hinge holes, handle holes), water slots, marking and saw blade cutting. The integrated programming module optimizes nesting to reduce waste and increase throughput. An automatic feeding conveyor accepts up to 5 profiles while a 3-axis pneumatic servo gripper positions parts into the milling and cutting stations. The cutting unit performs serial cuts at angles between 45° and 135°. Operators can apply barcodes to processed profiles for downstream welding and assembly.
