Description
Independent machine for the production of lasagne from a 550 mm wide laminated dough-sheet, with 600 mm wide trays, equipped with:
• Calibrating unit with two rollers.
• Mobile, adjustable knife-set for longitudinal cut of dough-sheet to obtain lasagne with different widths.
• Rotating knife for transversal cut.
• Self-powered, through Inverter controlled machine.
• Trays storage for manual charge or store for connection with an automatic drying line on trays.
• Trays advancement through autonomous motorization.
• Inverter control, pre-arranged to make tray change-over.
• Optionally, it is possible to equip the machine with the side trimming unit of dough-sheet and relevant pneumatic return of scraps to the press.
