CSB-50MP is the material with polymer layer thickness of 0.01~0.05mm. It is designed to be used under dry conditions. It has low friction coefficient and good wear resistance. CSB-50MB is the material with polymer layer thickness of 0.10~0.20mm. It is designed to be used under oil lubricating conditions and the ID is machinable for more critical tolerance requirement.
CSB-50MP has outstanding fatigue resistance feature under high temperature and high frequency working condition. It is typically used in engine tensioner wheels and idler wheels. CSB-50MB is typically used in scroll compressors and reciprocating compressors as well as the gear pumps and piston pumps. It has good chemical resistance, fatigue resistance and cavitation corrosion resistance under oil lubricating conditions. Tolerance could be improved by machining after assembling. Due to the thicker polymer layer,the PTFE lining on the bearing surface could be reserved after machining
