Description

LQ3G asphalt heating hot oil pump is used for transport of viscous fluids with lubricating properties. They are suited for a variety of applications such as fuel-injection, oil burners, boosting, hydraulics, fuel, lubrication, circulating, feed and so on. It is only applicable to converting lubricating fluids not containing solid particles at normal temperature. It ma be used as a common delivery pump, and a pressure supply pump in hydraulic drive device. The maximum working temperature is equal to or lower than 350℃. LQ3G series three spindle screw pump are designed with heating jacket, it specially uses for pumping media that generally pre-heating and reduce viscosity. Strengths of The Technology: • High pressure boost capabilities even when handling low viscosity fluids • Pump with one of the highest overall efficiencies when handling heavy crude • Simple pump design with only three rotating parts and one shaft seal • Pulse-free flow with extremely low vibration and noise levels Limition: • Not suitable for shifting dirt free liquids at stable rates • Have difficulty amplified protection and small gear as contrasted to more easy pumps. Features: • Simple construction. Rotating elements are only one power rotor and two idler rotors. • As rotating elements are only three rotors and comparatively small, and also idler rotors are rotated by liquid pressure, natural, smooth, quiet running is ensured even at high revolution and pressure. • Liquid enclosed into chambers sealed by rotors and sleeve is transferred continuously from suction to discharge without pulsation and agitation.
