Description

Product overview:
The water bath pasteurizer is designed for continuous pasteurization of foods packaged in soft bags/pouches and certain canned products. Constructed mainly from SUS304 stainless steel, the unit offers automatic water temperature control and frequency-converter speed adjustment to match process requirements. Heating can be provided by steam (most common), electric heating, or a thermal oil furnace, and the machine is customizable for different products, throughputs and process parameters.
