Kawasaki's traversing base 7th axis is designed with the same high standards as our robots. The direct drive system consists of a rack and pinion and precision rail mechanism. The integrated motion control and servo system maintain accurate repeatability rates.
The traversing base is controlled by the robot's standard C controller, requiring no additional hardware. Available in track lengths from 1-20m with speeds up to 1,000 mm/sec. Each 7th axis is complete with a cable track system to support robot cables, that can be shrouded in harsh environments.
Special Features:
Modular construction.
Allows the ability to access difficult areas avoiding obstructions.
Using cooperative motion software, the transporter becomes a fully integrated axis of the robot.
Multi function panel controlled, just like the other robot axes.
Compatible with all applications which require extreme accuracy with precise path and velocity control.
Increased work envelope while maintaining repeatability.
Optional cable track system for tooling and peripheral equipment control. |

This area is all about packing a variety of items into boxes.
It includes robot-based case packing - smaller boxes packed into larger ones, and racetrack packing - many items picked simultaneously with the aid of grippers.
In this respect ABB's new 4-axis IRB 260 is ideal for most applications not demanding full 6-axis versitality. It also features an impressive 30 kg payload capacity.
You have a choice of standard 6-axis robots depending on the conditions of each application. Furthermore, ABB's unique vision-aided conveyor tracking facilitates continuous production flows and packing on the fly. |

Our low level gantry robot type palletizers are basically designed to handle all types and sizes of bags and boxes, and change from one product to another is without any mechanical adjustment. Our palletizers is further very compact, have memory for 20 product programmes and has positioning and top pressing facilities, which results in straightsided, stable and stackable pallets regardsless how difficult the product is. Based on 15 years experience our palletizers are of the highest quality and therefore troublefree and with the lowest possible maintenance and spare part costs. We offers standard solutions, but also designs, builds and installs systems customzed in detail to the specific project requirement, also as turnkey supply including bagging machines, stretch wrapping or hood stretching machines.
Our product range is proven in a large number of applications worldwide. We offer the user the guarantee for a high degree of availability and an economical operation.
Our slogan is "If it is possible to make our palletizers better, then we do it ourselves".
We also supply palletizing and de-palletizing solutions based on standard robots. |
|
A 4-axis, multi-articulated robotic palletizer requiring minimal space to completely automate product loading and unloading. With a 310 lb. (140 kg) lifting capacity, its an ideal tool to relieve the burden from your employees, eliminating repetitive motion and back injuries associated with manual palletizing.
Columbia/Okura robots are easy to operate and backed by 24 hour, U.S.-based parts and service support. |
