Bags are collected from bagging machine outlet by inclined conveyor and send through high level for palletizing operations; a de-dusting unit can be placed on inclined conveyor due to necessity of application. Then bag-pressing unit forms the bags by vibrating and pressing. Bags arrive to First Timing Unit and it controls the traffic of entering to Turning Unit. Turning Unit turns the bags according to programmed grouping pattern and then bag is sent the bag timing belt. Bag is sent to grouping section under timing belt control which lets the bag placing on time. Grouping unit finishes the selected row pattern in 2 steps by pusher. Unit makes fine correction for rectangular shape by pressing smoothly from sides by pushers.
Elevator takes the empty pallet by Pallet Feeder feeding and lifts it up until just bottom of the Grouping Unit. Ready combined row (pattern) is left -by horizontally opening 2 sliding lids- onto pallet. Filling pallet is moved down by elevating unit step by step after each created row. After completing whole pallet patterns as programmed, filled pallet is left onto roller conveyor which conveys the pallet through outlet.

The GRS palletiser is a compact palletising system with a maximum capacity of 600 cycles/hour. It features a vertical sack lifting device, rotation head and an adjustable sack layer guide for precise overlapped or non overlapped sack placement and a perfect vertical pallet stack. The sack lifting system is integrated within the guarded palletiser boundary to save floor space and so that the system can be positioned almost immediately after the discharge point on the filling and closing line. The GRS palletiser can also be delivered as a semi automatic version without empty pallet magazine and roller conveyor. In this version the empty pallet is placed on the floor and the finished pallet removed by hand pallet truck.

This range of palletizer can process a very broad spectrum of products in all types of bagging.
The orientation of the bags is carried out on a case-by-case basis by a claw or an orientation cross.
The layers consist of row of bags on row of bags so that the shape of the bags is retained. Each layer is moulded and pressed so as to ensure the best possible geometry of the palette.

In 2008 we have developed and supplied a new high capacity type PM 800-22 palletiser, capacity 2200 bags per hour. This type is new as to its high capacity, but is based on the same components as our other PM 800 type palletisers, only with one additional layer belt conveyor and additional position software optimization, so now we can supply a "new" high capacity palletiser with yearlong proven components and at a very competitive price. By configuring the in-feed differently, the capacity can be increased up to 4.000 bags per hour.

The pallet loader can operate as a semi automatic unit, or it can be integrated into a fully automatic palletising system.

All cases, including heavy and bulky ones, can easily be stacked to heights of 2500 mm in order to fully utilise the capacity of lorries and containers.

The machine is available with either left or right-hand operation.
Simple and safe operation
The software is simple and self-explanatory, and is operated using a finger touch panel. When the stripper plate is filled, the operator steps onto a safety mat that deactivates the machine. The machine is supplied with safety screening.

The gantry palletiser is more used for low speed. The main advantage is its small foot print. According to the speed, the machine can put the products on the pallet per unit, per row or per layer.

The GR range of palletising systems combine the very best features of standard high level palletisers and robot arm systems in a single unit. This particular system has been especially developed for overlapped palletising of different sack dimensions. This leads up to more flexibility in determining sack dimensions in relation to the pallet dimensions. Also sacks with a small fill ratio and unstable sacks can be processed smoothly.
In contrast to normal robot palletising systems we also achieve through side and top pressure a very precise and secure finished pallet (capacity up to 1000 sacks per hour).
