Material profile
Special high-performance biodegradable, mineral and ceramic fibres and the basic material used to manufacture isoplan® products. When combined with appropriate fillers and binders, the result is high continuous temperature resistance which leads to low heat conductivity and very good insulation properties.
Application areas

The TESNILA non-metallic or flat gaskets are the most typical ones from the family of flat static gaskets. They are used in large number by various industries and in a variety of applications. The TESNIT® soft gaskets are made of Compressed Synthetic Fibers gasketing materials (CSF), flexible graphite, virgin and modified PTFE , mica, aramide/graphite and rubber sealing materials. Available are standard and non–standard gasket designs. Non-standard means gaskets of optional shapes and dimensions according to customer design or sample.
SIZE AND CONSTRUCTION – custom made gaskets
The TESNILA non-metallic gaskets are produced in several sizes and shapes to meet the most demanding applications. They are available in standard and non–standard gasket design. Non-standard means gasket of any shape and size according to customer design or sample.
Dimensions
The dimensions of our standard gaskets meet the requirements of the EN 1514-1 ( former DIN 2690, DIN 2691, DIN 2692), ANSI B16.21 or other standards. Gaskets of up to 1,500 mm x 1,500 mm are made from one piece, while larger ones are assembled from segments.
Two kind of splicing are used: dove-tail and bevelled (practically there is no limitation regarding gasket dimension). According to the gasket shapes and sizes all other dimensions can be manufactured upon request.

Joints EYRBALL make it possible to ensure the sealing between two variable components. Realized starting from welded extruded profiles then, they consist of a inflatable elastomer envelope by a valve. In at-rest state or retracted, the joint authorizes the displacement of the variable component. In a state of work or expanded, it ensures the sealing between the interior and the outside of the mechanical system and blocks the variable component.
The Group Eynard Robin manufactures and distributes:
- joints EYRBALL High pressure: for a strong pressure to be sealed (from 4 to 5 bars) and a weak running clearance (from 1 to 5 mm)

During the design phase, wire types chosen specifically for their resistance to certain destructive elements give calendared mesh and mesh core cable resistance to temperature extremes, corrosion and otherwise destructive elements. Additionally, because knitted wire mesh is essentially a complex spring, its compression characteristics and resiliency features give it an inherent resistance to mechanical wear.

This silicone-based liquid gasket fills gaps on a flange surface and thus completely prevent leaks. When cured, it forms an excellent rubber-like elastic body offering excellent resistance to vibration and shock. Also it has an excellent resistance to heat, and effectively seals joints that are subjected to high temperature. Select the product that best meets the needs for a particular location or set of working conditions.

General Information
HTMS Metal- C-Ring seals are made from high temperature alloy strip. The strip is cut to the required length and tig welded. The C-shape is then formed in a tool or is roll formed for bigger sizes. HTMS Metal C Rings are a logical development over our popular Metal O Ring. Metal C Rings have a better spring back then same size Metal O Rings. The seating load or the required bolting force is lower than for similar sized Metal O Rings. HTMS Metal C Rings will compensate greater flange rotation and maintain positive sealing load, better than Metal O Rings.
For sealing thin gas or low viscosity fluids, HTMS recommend to soft plate the bare metal seal with such materials as silver, gold or tin. Also PTFE as a coating is available.
For extreme low leakage requirements at elevated temperatures HTMS also produces spring energized metal C Rings. This “CS” design is basically a metal C Ring with an inserted high tensile spring.
