Safe and quick multi-connection
Manually operated multicouplings
Features:
The hard-wearing and well proven manually operated multicouplings by WALTHER-PRÄZISION for the simultaneous connection of several gas, fluid and electric lines.
Due to the fixed assembly of the coupling elements a mix-up is impossible and the duration of the coupling process is shortened considerably. The multicouplings are used wherever process-reliable and semi-automatic operating sequences are required for production, test and control.
Automatically operated multicouplings
These couplings are used in/for automated operating sequences. The connecting movement is carried out electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically. Multicouplings in simple plate make-up may be equipped with different media and electric elements, depending on the requirement.
Key Benefits:
• high process reliability
• cost saving by quick connection
• documentable operating sequence for process monitoring
• increased operating safety / industrial safety
The following multicouplings are differentiated:
Multicouplings in simple plate make-up without motion module
Multicouplings in push-pull technique (with their own drive)
Multicouplings in shock absorber technique (balanced forces system)
Multicouplings in pull-in technique (balanced forces system)
Special docking systems

Tentube™ Series Couplings (Multiple Line Coupling)
Colder Products’ Tentube™ coupling provides one easy-to-use quick disconnect for up to ten separate fluid lines. The Tentube is available with valves on the body side in panel mount and in-line configurations for maximum design flexibility. The Tentube can connect and disconnect up to ten lines with the use of a simple slide latch. Tubing orientation is ensured by keying the coupling body and insert. Different fluids and tubing sizes can be accommodated by using acetal or polypropylene inserts in three popular sizes.
Colder also offers the TwinTube™ Series Couplings (two separate fluid lines one coupling) and the Sixtube™ Series Couplings (six separate fluid lines on one coupling).

48 KB series
The 48 series coupling system made of POM and PVDF has been developed for use in the medical, chemical, food handling, pharmaceutical and laboratory technology industries. The coupling is also available in a completely thermoplastic version (RectuChem ). Here the metal springs are replaced by springs made of PEEK, an extremely resistant synthetic material.
Advantages
The coupling is fitted with a double shut-off valve which enables it to be connected to a single shut-off (non-valved) plug as well as a double shut-off (i.e. plug with valve). The coupling is also available as a straight through coupling (valved plug).
Application
Medical engineering, dental equipment, measuring and control equipment, laboratory, pharmaceutical.
Working Pressure : PB = 0 - 10 bar (POM, bei 20°C), PB = 0 - 8 bar (PVDF, springs made of steel), PB = 1 - 8 bar (PVDF, springs made of PEEK), maximum static working pressure with safety factor of 4 to 1.
Working Temperature: -20°C up to 80°C (POM), -20°C up to 120 (PVDF), depending on the medium.

Threadless hose fittings that are a patented, innovative alternative to conventional threaded fitting. WEO Plug-In fittings simply “plug in” to hydraulic systems. A click-to-connect feature provides easy engagement of the male and female halves, without the tools required to connect and disconnect threaded fittings. Other benefits include:
- Leak-free connections.
- No follow-up tightening.
- Minimum space needed. A cartridge insert, designed to drop into the port or valve manifold, allows further reduction in space required for hose assemblies.
- Work injuries eliminated.
- Longer hose life: WEO fittings are self-aligning.
- Easy to service.
- Lower overall cost: Elimination of leakage, improved accessibility, and reduced installation time make WEO fittings lower in overall cost than threaded fittings.

Working pressure:
up to 2000 bar (dependent on nominal bore and material), in part also suitable for vacuum
Media:
mostly hydraulic oils, however can also be used for other fluids and gases

steel oil burnished,
stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 or similar
Special features:
unlocking safety device, many types of connection, ring grips for larger nominal bores, ring valves, vibration lock
|
|
UNIQUE SAFETY FEATURE
HP Series couplings incorporate a unique safety
feature to prevent accidental disconnection - a spring
loaded locking sleeve. When the coupling halves are
connected, the locking sleeve automatically rotates
through 90°. To disconnect the coupling the locking
sleeve is turned back 90° so the locking ball is
aligned with the release notch. The sleeve is then
pulled back and the coupling will disconnect.
ADVANTAGES Flat faces can easily be wiped clean before
connection to prevent the ingress of contaminants
into the circuit. Clean disconnection - non-spill design. No air intrusion during connection. Streamlined flow path minimises pressure drop. Locking sleeve prevents accidental disconnection. Bi-directional flow
MATERIALS
Zinc plated carbon steel body with a 302 stainless
steel spring. Nitrile rubber and Teflon seals. Other seal
materials available on request.

The basic bite type fitting was first developed in Europe in the early 1930s.
The Ferulok fitting was later developed by Parker-Hannifin and introduced to the U.S. market in the mid-1940s. The Ferulok fitting design utilizes a combination of proven European features, coupled with many innovative product improvements instituted by Parker Hannifin.
Today, the Ferulok fitting design and performance capabilities far exceed the strict requirements of SAE and military standards. The Ferulok fitting is a flareless fitting that consists of a body, a one-piece precision machined ferrule, and a nut. On assembly, the ferrule "bites" into the outer surface of the tube with sufficient strength to hold the tube against pressure, without significant distortion of the inside tube diameter. The ferrule also forms a pressure seal against the fitting body. Ferulok fittings allow the fitting assembler to visually inspect the bite quality, thus significantly minimizing the risk of improper assembly and related service problems. Ferulok fittings are especially suitable for use with tube wall thicknesses ranging from medium to extra heavy.
Ferulok’s robust construction and proven sealing characteristics have gained it worldwide popularity in diverse markets and applications. Ferulok fittings are routinely used in markets, such as: Machine tools, chemical, military, oil refineries, paper making, thermoplastics processing, etc.
