Parker’s Triple-Lok 37° flare tube fittings have been used in industry since Mr. Parker pioneered the product in the 1930s. The 37° flare fitting is the most popular industrial tube/hose fitting connection in the world.
Today, Parker offers a broad range of Triple-Lok fittings meeting SAE J514, ISO 8434-2 and military standards and specifications.
The Triple-Lok design is quite simple. The tube fitting consists of three pieces: the body, the nut and the sleeve. The tube end is flared at a mating 37° angle and sandwiched between the fitting nose (seat) and the sleeve creating an effective seal between the fitting nose and tube flare or hose.
Parker’s Triple-Lok fittings are manufactured in steel, 316 stainless steel and brass for optimum fluid compatibility and corrosion resistance. Furthermore, available sizes range from 1/8" tube O.D. to 2" tube O.D. in several configurations. Adaptability to global ports is another key benefit of Triple-Lok. (Standard ports include: SAE, straight thread ISO-6149, NPT, BSPT, BSPP and DIN.)
The Triple-Lok tube fitting is also readily available for metric tubing and hose adapter applications. Simply by changing the industry standard sleeve, the same Triple-Lok body can be adapted to metric tubing in sizes ranging from 6 mm tube O.D. to 38 mm tube O.D. Likewise, by using only the body without the nut and sleeve, the Triple-Lok fitting is used as an industry standard hose adapter.

Quick connect non-drip couplings designed solely for connecting low-pressure fluid and vacuum lines in which virtually zero spillage is critical.
CEJN non-drip couplings are adaptable to most applications and system requirements. The series includes two styles:
- Valved: One-hand operated; most commonly used style in fluid systems
- Valveless: Two hands needed for connection/disconnection; useful in coolant applications in which fluid loss at disconnection is not critical
Standard range includes three configurations: single shutoff, double shutoff, and straight through. The series is compatible with working pressures up to 290 PSI (20 bar) and temperatures up to 600° F (315° C) and is available in ¼-inch through 1-inch sizes. Constructions include nickel-plated brass with nitrile seals and AISI 316 stainless steel with Viton seals.
CEJN non-drip couplings are offered in four safety levels, enabling users to select the exact level of safety required. All levels are available with an optional safety-locking device that eliminates the risk of unintentional disconnection.

All-Purpose Clean Break Series CN
Features:
The squirt-free clean break couplings of the CN series are mainly used in the chemical industry, for the loading and transport of fluids, e.g. at hose stations. Other application areas are also possible.
Due to the special design principle, a squirt-free connection and disconnection, even with long, filled hose lines under pressure up to 5 bar, is possible.
In case of limited space the handwheel can be dispensed with, due to the small operating force of the CN-025. A hook wrench can be used instead.

Ball-Face Clean Break coupling for difficult fluid or gaseous media
BF series
Features:
Clean break coupling made of stainless steel, especially suited for difficult fluid or gaseous media. Adhering to highest safety standards and optimally operable through automatic locking, they are primarily designed for applications in the chemical industry.
This series is suited for non-lubricating media (as e.g. demineralised water, “dry gases”) as well as lubricating media. Tried, tested and proven for solvents, chemical fluids and water vapour. Also used for lyes, a wide variety of acids and many other media.

SafeWay’s FFE49 Series is a non-spill, push-to-connect, fluid transfer quick coupling designed for use with most industrial fluids. This series is interchangeable with quick couplings meeting International Standard ISO 16028 dimensional requirements, and our field proven, heavy-duty FF49 Series. Some basic applications include skid-steer loaders, power utility equipment, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, and hydraulic hand tools. The dry break quick disconnect functions similar to a double shut-off quick disconnect however it provides a higher level of sealing during connection and disconnection. The dry break connects without leakage or fluid spray. Additionally, the design minimizes dead volume (the space between the internal and external ends when connected) to essentially eliminate any leakage when disconnecting.

SafeWay’s S10 Series is a general purpose, double shut-off quick coupling capable of containing a wide variety of fluids. 99 KL series
With the 99 KL series, both the coupling as well as the plug are filled with a dry-break valve system. During the connection process, the plug and the coupling seals before both valves open. The valves close simultaneously when disconnected, allowing the coupling and plug to be seperated afterward. This ensures minimum leakage. It cannot be connected with any other design in this series. All invidual parts are electro-burnished.
Advantages
Coded via two lateral grooves on the plug and a similar guide in the coupling, which are arranged in different angular degrees. The 8-way coding is standard.

Flexfab designs and manufactures the pipes with an inverted bead. During the crimping operation, the flow of rubber is directed into the inverted bead. The inverted bead helps prevent leakage during operation of the system.

MID has developed a new variable geometry coupling, which can swivel through 360 degrees: the DynaVariacor®. This internationally patented system provides in particular complete flexibility for use with all types of pneumatic tools and appliances.
The coupling is robust, light and compact; it reduces wear and avoids coiling of the feed hose. This coupling enables increased precision of movement of the tool by reducing the handling force required by the user, due to the relative rigidity of the feed pipes. Operator comfort is improved. The DynaVariacor® products have useful features: the interior cross-section of the coupling remains constant at all angles, so pressure loss is minimised and flow rates are naturally optimum.
The system is available in several sizes and fittings for a variety of uses: small industrial hand tools such as impact wrenches, grinders, drills, screw guns and riveting machines as well as equipment of larger size and power such as nail guns, staplers, disc sanders, pneumatic drills, compacting machines and special equipment.
