The gas pressure regulators (RTP) are designed to reduce natural gas pressure from medium to low one, and to keep the gas pressure rate independent on input pressure and flow changes. The regulators are suitable for domestic as well as for industrial installations.
Description
Single stage
Single stage gas pressure regulators have diaphragm - spring single stage pressure regulator with the lever system control element.
Double stage
Double-stage gas pressure regulators have two stages of pressure reduction, both with diaphragm-spring control.
The RTP gas pressure regulators are equipped with the following safety devices:
* The over-pressure and under-pressure shut-off
* The relief valve

Press Man is a simple but yet efficient controller for maintaing constant pressure in heating and ventilation environments. It is charactized by a very robust construction and extremely simple user interface.
Press Man controls the HVAC pressure from an pressure transmitter with an analog output mounted directly in the ventilation system. Difference pressures can be obtained by incorporating mecanical blends etc. IP54 grade and integrated keys / display makes Press Man well suited for many applications.
Press Man has a setpoint, which is controlled by the arrows. A single press will put the setpoint one up or down, holding the arrows will make the setting change fast while pressed. Measured pressure will be displayed pr. 5 sec after keys have been released
Press Man has two relay outputs, the first is used on ON/OFF by the key setting, the other is used for alarming. ON/OFF is activated as the key is activated, the alarm output will be active when the output can not be reached whithin 30 minutes !. Means, that if the output internally is UNDER or OVER the MIN/MAX settings, the relay will activate. Flashing LO or HIGH in display
Press Man can indicate the real output for the attached speed controller, OR, it can indicate the real input from the attached pressure transmitter. Both values will indicate in percentage (0-100) of input and output)
Press man can be 100% stopped, pressing the ON/OFF button. Display will indicate OFF and the DC output will be forced to 0, as will be the 2 relays. Press man has individual settings for minimum and maximum speed for the attached speed controller. Settings to be controlled by MIN/MAX buttons. Parameters for Proportional Band and Integration Time is done from the keypads as any other parameter. The PI regulator will meassure the pressure, compare it to the setpoint and try to maintain the dc output to make the real pressure as close to the setpoint as possible. |

Pressure valves gover the pressure within a hydraulic system. The types below are intended for the following purposes:
* Pressure limiting valve (safety valve):
Safeguarding the system against excessive pressure or for the limitation of working pressure.
* Sequence valves:
Generates a constant pressure difference between inlet and outlet of the flow.
Directly controlled valves feature a dampening device to ensure quiet operation, but they are also available without it if necessary for an application. There is also a version of the pressure limiting valve (Type MV.X), conforming the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23 EC, which features a type approval and a CE-stamping, usually necessary when used as safety valves for accumulators.

| The FLUID TEAM 3-Wege-Proportional-Druckregelventile reduce an input pressure into a lower consumer printing. The consumer printing is proportionally to the magnet stream adjustable. It flows so long oil from fitting P after A to the adjusted printing is reached, afterwards the valve closes. Only if the consumer printing drops, the valve opens the pressure control function of the valve again from P to A. the adjusted printing on the Verbraucherseite is exceeded, comes to the nutsetter (3-Wege-Funktion). It flows so long oil from fitting A after T, until the adjusted printing is reached. |

PRD - Single-Stage Diaphragm Pressure Regulator
Description: The PRD-ANB-C-DEF regulator sets an industry standard for miniaturization as well as lightweight. It is an excellent choice for gas and pneumatic pressure regulation applications and is particularly useful when space and weight are critical. The PRD-ANB-C-DEF weighs approx. 25 grams in brass & stainless steel and about 15 grams in aluminum. The PRD-ANB-C-DEF non-relieving regulator controls output pressures from 0 to 30 psig and is especially suited to low pressure regulation such as ½ psig. Maximum inlet supply pressure is 500 psig. Both the inlet and outlet ports are tapped 10-32 UNF. Its lightweight design allows convenient in-line mounting however a 10-32 threaded panel mount option is also offered. Description: The new PRD2 –ANB-C-DEF two-stage nonrelieving diaphragm regulator sets an industry standard for both miniaturization and light weight. It weighs approx. 50 grams in brass and stainless steel, and about 23 grams in aluminum. It accurately reduces high-pressure inputs (up to 500 psi) down to 0 to 20 psi (and is especially suited to low pressure regulation such as ½ psi.) with minimal droop or rise even with wide swings in inlet pressure.
