Active brazing alloys are used to braze ceramic materials with stainless steel. Active brazing alloys contain titanium and are always used for furnace brazing with protective atmosphere made by argon or vacuum. Active brazing alloys may be also used to braze alumina and nickel based alloys. Active brazing alloys are delivered in wire, rings, preforms and paste.

Welding requires complete concentration. This is no problem with the Optrel e670 - the successor model of the Optrel Orion: the unique sensor technology allows the welding cartridge to automatically select the protection level and constantly adapt it to the welding application using the intensity of the arc during the welding process.
The user can select “Auto” or “Manual”. In the “Manual” setting, the user can select the protection level that is best for him. He can adjust the shade setting as required to ensure the most comfortable shade level at all times.
If the welder selects “Auto”, the helmet automatically adapts the protection level to the current arc intensity. He can also use the fine adjustment to adjust the automatically selected protection plus or minus one shade level to satisfy his individual needs without the fear of any problem of eye damage. The enlarged field of view (+ 33%) and true color filter allows the welder a brilliant, detailed view of the welding object.

|
|
|
Italbras BrazeTec manufactures brazing alloy wires on spools or coils. All silver brazing alloys containing or not containing cadmium, AgCup alloys, CuPalloys and Aluminum-silicon alloys are available. Wire diameters are from 4mm to 0,20 mm. Spool weight is from 15/10 Kgs to 200 grams. Wire may sometimes be cored by brazing flux.
|
|
|
The brazing flux is the key element in the brazing process. Brazing fluxes allow to clean the metals’ surface from oxides and to protect metals during heating process. Brazing alloys can wet metals and join them only if surfaces are clean from oxides. Due to this reason, it’s important to choose the right brazing flux for each application. Italbras manufactures any kind of brazing fluxes: paste, powder, liquid, gel. There are fluxes for soft brazing using tin alloys, brazing fluxes for hard metals and tools, brazing fluxes for induction or furnace brazing processes.

The quality of spot welding depends on the force applied by the electrodes as well as on the intensity of the welding current. Within such a control program, the measurement of the force applied by the electrodes is extremely important for ensuring constant production.
That is why we have developed this equipment to measure the closing force of the grips that may be used during the final stage or during periodic maintenance. The end-pieces are interchangeable and can be used to measure force with various shapes of electrodes, the minimum closing dimension being 0.12 in.
This new instrument leverages the robustness, quality and precision of the Centor instrument family, which are specially designed for mobile use in a production workshop.

Testweld™ KR1000 Robot Welder Force Monitor (For measuring electrode force on resistance welding guns)
ADVANTAGES:
• Robot checking of Electrode Force
• No need to stop robot cells for force checking
• Very fast payback
• Alerts operators to immediate faults & variations
• Can eliminate scrap due to weld deterioration
• Reduces equipment damage and wear
• Keeps force within preset limits
• Gives early warning of equipment deterioration
• Continuous robot operation via go/no go signals
DESCRIPTION - KR1000:
Stand alone analogue output force sensor. Supplied for direct plug and play replacement to commonly existing units.
The target pads remain spatially the same. Robot reprogramming for test position is not required.
The monitor is preset to Zero on no load but can be simply adjusted by the user if required.
The innovative design of the KR1000 force head makes it far less susceptible to errors induced by electrodes not being perpendicular to the target pads.
Exacting construction standards guarantee this instrument is of greater accuracy than other monitors of this kind.
Multiple testing during construction further assist in achieving the superiority that we have set out to achieve.
When coupled to its onboard electronics package the sensor is preset for zero load & calibrated
to a known (NPL) standard.
The KR1000 is robust, durable, reliable, and accurate. KR1000’s have been installed on Car Manufacturing lines since 2005 and have been in constant use without failures.
