The Cevomat
has been especially designed for the double sided cleaning of metal webs.
The Cevomat consists of a Sword Brush configuration with height adjustment that is surrounded by a protective frame. The Sword Brushes have flexible pressure buffers and can adapt to wavy surfaces.
For simple standard applications with webs that have a clean edges (without burrs), we usually provide a Cevomat with only 2 Sword Brushes. The wiping direction is from edge to edge in this case.
The Cevomat may also have 4 Sword Brushes. The brushes wipe from the left and the right edge to the opposite edge. They do not, however touch the edges but rather start wiping the surface just after having passed them. This mechanism allows to clean even webs with sharp edges.
The upper and lower Sword Brush are adjusted to the pass line via a mechanical height adjustment. You may remove the Sword Brushes pneumatically from the surface to thread a new web or to remove the end of a web. Thus, they cannot be damaged during these processes.

The Ingromat™ Cleaner CF ...
is a complete solution for the micro-cleaning of flat surfaces. This machine functions with the Ingromat system. The machine frame is made out of aluminium and steel. The control cabinet is integrated in this frame. The machine disposes of driven transport rollers and additional pressure rollers at the infeed and at the outfeed. These rollers ensure a safe transport of the material through the machine during the cleaning process.
The linear brushes always clean the material from above and from below. They always wipe at a right angle in relation to transport direction. Wiping direction is either from edge to edge or from the middle of the material to the edges. An electrical height adjustment allows the system to adapt to different material thicknesses. The Ingromat™ fluid consumption (antistatic cleaning agent) is monitored by suspended particle flow meters.
The Cleaner is available in different working widths and working heights. Due to its small footprint and its adaptability to different transport speeds, the Cleaner may be integrated easily into existing production lines..

Work pieces with a complex geometry such as blind holes and undercuts are generally cleaned using immersion procedures. In contrast to spray cleaning, which takes place mostly using watery cleaners, immersion cleaning is also carried out with solvents.
When the work piece is immersed in the cleaning bath, the adhering contaminants are removed primarily through the chemical cleaning effects of the medium employed. To increase the effect, the goods can be turned or slewed in the bath. Depending on the application, the cleaning action can also be supplemented through the use of ultrasound or injection flood washing.

The Small Single Stage cleaners are designed for washing processes, where only one cleaning phase is needed. Washing is carried out in a closed cabinet where the rotating spray system sprays hot liquid on the component from every direction. This technique gives an excellent cleaning result.
The cleaners have a high specification as standard. Spray cleaning is usually performed using an aqueous cleaning medium, typically an alkaline cleaner. The medium is sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned through nozzles at high pressure – with standard cleaning the working pressure is generally around 6 to 8 bar, with targeted cleaning between 20 and 25 bar. Soiling is then partially removed or emulsified by the chemical effect of the medium and partially sprayed off by the high kinetic energy of the jet.
