Description: Beswick compression fittings (for 1/16", 1/8" and NOW 1/4" OD Tubing) give you the ability to operate at high pressures and temperatures while maintaining a small envelope. How? Beswick compression fittings are provided with miniature M3, 10-32, M5 and 1/4-28 threads. 180 and 280 Miniature Pneumatic Couplings
The 180 Miniature Ball Lock Quick-Connect One-Way Coupling is designed for use with compressed air, gases and liquids. The manually operated devise features a ball lock and mates with all Series 180 plugs. Series 180 features a tire valve and has the option of viton seals. Series 280 features a 1-HK valve, which provides higher flow capacity and also has the option of viton seals.

The hard-wearing and well proven manually operated multicouplings by WALTHER-PRÄZISION for the simultaneous connection of several gas, fluid and electric lines.
Due to the fixed assembly of the coupling elements a mix-up is impossible and the duration of the coupling process is shortened considerably. The multicouplings are used wherever process-reliable and semi-automatic operating sequences are required for production, test and control.

Multiline - (4 / 6 / 8 Line) - QDC
Description: The snap-type multiple line quick disconnect features a releasing sleeve that permits one-hand connecting or disconnecting of several fluid lines simultaneously. Simply push the sleeve in to disconnect the fluid lines and push the internal and external ends together to connect the lines. The design incorporates a keyed location pin to insure correct orientation of the fluid lines during connection. The internal end is designed with an automatic shut-off valve.
Material: Internal: brass or 303 stainless steel components; acetal releasing sleeve; stainless steel mounting plate, springs, ball bearings, set screw, crescent “C” rings and steel “E” ring. External: 303 stainless steel components; stainless steel backing plate

The LF 3600 range, in nickel plated brass, is designed to convey fluids in moderately agressive environments or for food applications. The nickel plated brass components and FKM seals conform to stringent FDA requirements. Imperial Push to connect fittings (NPT /Inch)
The PN is our “Automatic push-in fitting line” with NPT threads and INCH tube diameters. This line enables several quick connections and disconnections with calibrated plastic hoses at any time, at any stage of the pneumatic circuit and by simple hand movement.
The connection and the fitting tightness are made possible by the presence of a stainless steeI gripper and an ORING inside of the fitting so that once the tube is inserted to the bottom of the fitting, the stainless steel collet grips onto it and prevents it from being released. The tube disconnection is then made possible by pushing onto the outer metal ring called the release ring.
All PN fittings are brass nickel-plated.

Push to connect fittings in brass nickel plated
The MA is our "Automatic push-in fitting" line. It enables quick connections with calibrated plastic hoses at any time, at any stage of the pneumatic circuit and by simple hand movement.

The Orifice Restrictors are precision molded of Polysulfone and are held to flow tolerances of +/- 4%. Models are available with straight ports or barbs for inline applications using 1/16” or 1/8” I.D. tubing and encased in 10-32 UNF threaded barbed fittings for 1/16”, 1/8”, or .170” I.D. tubing. Orifice sizes range from .004” to .040”.

This 0.156" diameter, single orifice restrictor is based on the same field-proven technology as the 0.187" diameter Lee Jet. Weighing only 0.7 grams nominal, the 156 Jet offers a 42% weight savings over the 187 Lee Jet and is 12.5% shorter, resulting in a corresponding reduction in installation boss size and weight.

48 KB series
The 48 series coupling system made of POM and PVDF has been developed for use in the medical, chemical, food handling, pharmaceutical and laboratory technology industries. The coupling is also available in a completely thermoplastic version (RectuChem ). Here the metal springs are replaced by springs made of PEEK, an extremely resistant synthetic material.
Advantages
The coupling is fitted with a double shut-off valve which enables it to be connected to a single shut-off (non-valved) plug as well as a double shut-off (i.e. plug with valve). The coupling is also available as a straight through coupling (valved plug).

Medical engineering, dental equipment, measuring and control equipment, laboratory, pharmaceutical.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL

It is recommended that the tubing and fitting be of same material to allow positive sealing and to avoid galvanic corrosion.
PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE RATING
BULK compression fittings are rated for working pressure higher than the tubing, therefore pressure rating depends on choice of tubing which should be based on material, wall thickness and temperature (see table in "general info").
Degrating factors must be used to determinate tubing working pressure at high temperatures.
