The range of "Quickconnect couplings" makes easier and quicker connection and disconnection of movable tubes from compressed air systems without stopping the flow upstream.
The new "Safety Quick Couplings" (600 serie) use a very sharp internal structure that release air downstream before plug can be removed. Safe disconnection is assured with no whiplash. To connect just push the plug into the socket. To disconnect just push the sleeve backward. Plug can be removed safely when air has fully exhausted.
The various models distinguish theirselves with a different standard, which ideally match the most common international couplings.
Fittings are available in the following sizes:
tube from 4 up to 19;
thread of 1/8 to 1/2
Fluids: Compressed air
Connection tubes: Flexible tubes in plastic and rubber.
Temperatures:
Minimum: -18 °C
Maximum: +80 °C

Push to connect fittings in composite (POM)
Our automatic MB fittings are made of a polymer belonging to the acetal resins. The technical features of this polymer make this fitting line stiff, corrosion and fatigue resistent, and allow for dimensional stability, all characteristics necessary to bridge the gap between metal fittings and an ordinary plastic fitting line.
The functioning principle of the MB is the same as our Push-in’s therefore enabling quick, manual connection and disconnection with calibrated hoses at any stage of the pneumatic circuit. The inner Oring and the stainless steel grip allow for the tube to be held captive and for the pneumatic tightness. When the tube is pushed to the bottom of the fitting, the stainless steel collet grips onto it and the tube is held captive. It is then enough to press on the release ring to set the tube free from the fitting.

The "quick couplings" of the 1000 series have been studied into their dimensional structure (thickness and dimensions) as well as their main characteristic (the fitting cone with its unique barb shape) in order to satisfy the requirements of the field of work, that is pneumatic plant.
The compression cone with its unique barb shape ensures a good grip on the tube even if the nut is tightened by hand.
In this range of remarkable interest are the fittings called "Swivel", they satisfy the most varied and complicated assembly requirements as it is possible to turn the bodies at 360 degrees compared to the bases.
Fittings are available in the following size:
tube from 4/2,7 to up 15/12,5;
thread of 1/8 to 1/2.
Connections tube:
Nylon PA6, PA11, Polyurethane, Polyethylene, Braided PVC.
Fluids:
Compressed air. Fluids and liquids at low pressure compatible with the connection

Technical Description
The 95KS coupling system has a safety lock. To disconnect, the plug must first be pushed further into the coupling before it can be unlocked. This prevents unintentional disconnection.
Advantages
Disconnecting the safety coupling is only possible after the plug has first been pushed further into the coupling. Cannot be interconnected with the 96KS series. Single handed operation with a multitude of connecting possibilities. High flow rates due to the UltraFlo valve. Tested according EN 139 standard.
Working Pressure
PB = 35 bar, maximum static
working pressure with safety
factor of 4 to 1.
Working Temperature*
-20°C up to +100°C (NBR)
-40°C up to +120/150°C (EPDM)
-15°C up to +200°C (FKM)
0°C up to +316°C (FFKM)
depending on the medium.
*At a temperature below
-20°C and above +100°C special
seals are available on request.

Coupling products that promote the use of compressed air in a safe manner. Specially designed to protect individuals from harm by guarding against workplace injuries, the products include:
- Vented safety couplings with recoil dampening—Disconnect in two stages, in order to vent the coupling, minimize risk of component separation, reduce noise, and prevent recoil accidents; available in five popular series up to 232 PSI (16 bar)
- Couplings with added locking feature—Require operator to deliberately disengage the nipple from the coupling, preventing unintentional disconnection
- Anti-hose whip nipples with recoil dampening—Include a non-return valve that vents downstream pressure when disconnected and reduces noise; secure hose ends to prevent whipping of hose that may occur upon disconnection

Safety quick couplings, standard quick couplings, self-locking couplings, express couplings, dual cone or olive couplings.
Safety, integrity and ease of use are the key features of this line.
QUICK RELEASE SAFETY COUPLING
Situated on fixes facilities (supply to hoses, compressed air distribution on fixed units), Prevo.S couplings avoid hose whip when fittings are uncoupled by gradually decompressing the air in the downline hose.
PROLAC STANDARD QUICK COUPLING
Prolac couplings disconnect quickly and easily with a push of a button and their acetal resin-coated body protects paint from scuffs and scratches.
