The F-4150 series Quick Disconnect simplifies tubing connections during assembly. The 10-32 UNF male-threaded Quick Disconnect is available in three barb configurations: straight, elbow, and tee. Depress the latching pushbutton to remove the barb; re-insertion of the barb locks it into position. Barbs can be provided for 1/16”, 1/8”, or .170 I.D. tubing. The unique design allows the fitting to swivel 360 º.

Internal end of the Beswick miniature screw-type quick disconnect. The screw-type quick disconnect allows for fast set-up and break-down of fluid lines and facilitates easy component replacement. When the internal end (QDC-1F, QDC-2F or QDC-5F) and the external end (QDC-1M, QDC-2M or QDC-3M) are screwed together, a valve in the external end opens to permit flow. When the external end and internal end are disconnected, the valve in the external end closes to prevent fluid from exiting. The QDC-4F and QDC-5M can be used when no shut-off valve is needed. The screw-type quick disconnects are economical and a good choice when connects/disconnects are infrequent. Beswick snap-type quick disconnects may be a better choice for more frequent connects/disconnects or greater convenience is desired.

MID has developed a new variable geometry coupling, which can swivel through 360 degrees: the DynaVariacor®. This internationally patented system provides in particular complete flexibility for use with all types of pneumatic tools and appliances.
The coupling is robust, light and compact; it reduces wear and avoids coiling of the feed hose. This coupling enables increased precision of movement of the tool by reducing the handling force required by the user, due to the relative rigidity of the feed pipes. Operator comfort is improved. The DynaVariacor® products have useful features: the interior cross-section of the coupling remains constant at all angles, so pressure loss is minimised and flow rates are naturally optimum.

Ball-Face Clean Break coupling for difficult fluid or gaseous media
BF series
Features:
Clean break coupling made of stainless steel, especially suited for difficult fluid or gaseous media. Adhering to highest safety standards and optimally operable through automatic locking, they are primarily designed for applications in the chemical industry.

SafeWay’s FFE49 Series is a non-spill, push-to-connect, fluid transfer quick coupling designed for use with most industrial fluids. Ball Swivel Fittings:
Ball Swivel Fittings are used between the tool and air supply hose to eliminate kinking and twisting. General Description
The John Guest Water Trap Tee Convertor is a simple and convenient way of converting a standard John Guest 28mm Tee, Part No. PM0228E, to a Water Trap Tee.
When fitted, it will stop condensed water within the Air Ring Main Circuit from entering the vertical take off spurs.
It is important that the Ring Main has been installed with the correct fall and water drain points are regularly vented.
To Assemble
Use either John Guest 28mm Nylon Pipe Part No. PA-RM2823-3M-10B or standard 28mm copper pipe. The pipe should be cut squarely and be free of burrs.
The shorter spigot should be pressed into the pipe. When using copper pipe the fit will be loose, this will not affect the function.
The Pipe and Convertor should now be firmly inserted into the centre port of the Tee. Full insertion is required to correctly locate the Convertor and provide a water tight seal.
By turning the screw cap by approximately 1/4 turn (2 clicks can be heard) the collet is locked in place and further compression of the 'o' ring on the pipe is achieved.

99 KL series
With the 99 KL series, both the coupling as well as the plug are filled with a dry-break valve system. During the connection process, the plug and the coupling seals before both valves open. The valves close simultaneously when disconnected, allowing the coupling and plug to be seperated afterward. This ensures minimum leakage. It cannot be connected with any other design in this series. All invidual parts are electro-burnished.
Advantages
Coded via two lateral grooves on the plug and a similar guide in the coupling, which are arranged in different angular degrees. The 8-way coding is standard.
