The EXNM is a compact actuators. These are intended for the operation of:
-air control damper in ventilation and air condition systems up to approx 2mq.

3 point operating: The actuator moves the damper to its working position until it is powered. If the power supply is interrupted the motor locks the damper position.
Modulating operating: Just powered, the actuator moves the damper to its start position, then it moves to the position set by the control signal.
If the control signal is interrupted the Actuators return the damper to its original position.
The actuator is overload protected. The actuator can be mounted directly on the damper shaft if square, 12 x 12 mm or 10 x 10 mm (adaptor included); Several mounting brackets are available for applications where the actuator cannot be directly coupled to the damper shaft.

The VKD/CE is a True Union ball valve, electrically actuated, particularly suitable for industrial applications, where high performances and long time reliability are a must. The patented Seat Stop® system assures great longevity of the seals in situations where vibration or thermal expansion occurs. A micro-adjusting of the PTFE seals is also allowed. As any accidental loosening of the ball carrier is not possible, the radial dismounting of the valve body can be done in full safety. The new patented Dual Block® system allows a proper nut tightening, without any risk for unscrewing due to vibrations.

The actuator TA 130 Ex may be installed in areas with potentially explosive atmospheres consisting of gases and vapours with low ignition temperature and strong ignition penetration. The approval for operation in these areas is confirmed by the European ATEX Directive. Every possible electrical spark source is enclosed by a flameproof casing. For maximum corrosion resistance the TA 130 Ex is available in a stainless steel version. As an option the actuator can be made failsafe by mounting the spring return system TA-FM which opens or shuts the valve in an emergency without power supply.

Description:
The Becker Model VRP-B-CH Double-Acting Pilot provides pressure control when utilized with a double-acting piston actuated control valve. The VRP-B-CH measures process sensing pressure and positions the double-acting actuator to maintain the setpoint. The VRP-B-CH Pilot may be utilized for pressure control applications with setpoints ranging from 1.0 (6.9 kPa) to 1300 psig (8964 kPa). Due to its low-bleed characteristics, the VRP-B-CH is typically utilized when bleed gas must be discharged to atmosphere.

The external spring positioners are the ideal complement to control, according to a pneumatic or electric control signal, the linear movement of conventional pneumatic cylinders.
The series 120 linear positioner valve is mounted on the base plate, forming a compact assembly of reduced dimensions, directly fittable to the rear cover of any pneumatic cylinder.
The feedback spring, with its mounting accesories, are supplied according to the length of the stroke of each particular cylinder.
