Compressors are produced in two configurations: vertical and horizontal.
Vertical configuration featuring the compressor-over-engine design is used in compressors with the capacity ranging between 100 and 600 nl/min
Horizontal configuration is used for compressors with the capacity ranging between 600 and 3500 nl/min.
All compressors are balanced and installed on elastic-damper supports eliminating the need for special fixation on foundation. It is sufficient that compressors are placed on an even surface, energized and connected to consumers.
Bauer Kompressoren is the only manufacturer providing industrial compressors with working cylinders surface nitrogenized with the use of gas or plasma coating technique. This helps to avoid replacement of working cylinders over the entire compressors operating life. Reduced wear of compressors final stages is achieved through the use of floating pistons (while piston rod is linked with guide piston, compressive piston moves freely with the elimination of normally present distorting loads). Roller bearings of crankshaft and piston rods are designed so as to provide for a considerable safety factor and over 30000 running time.
These measures along with the careful selection of lubricating oils contribute to the compressors high reliability by continuous service with long interval between scheduled maintenance. The design of compressors cooling systems allow to provide the optimum cylinders thermal conditions and efficient gas cooling in inter-stage heat exchanges.

HAUG PISTON COMPRESSORS FOR OIL-FREE COMPRESSED AIR
HAUG guarantees technically and economically optimal solutions for compressed air supply, with the security of a constant oil-free quality of the compressed air.
Universal ways of operation
Due to the dry-running technology the HAUG piston compressors can be out of operation, without causing any problem compared to lubricated-compressors and screw compressors. Operation in idle run mode is not required.

A well established range of direct driven oil lubricated and oil free piston compressors, incorporating the very latest materials and technologies, for the most arduous of applications. The M Series are designed to withstand continuous use in heavy-duty industrial environments.
M Series compressors are available with a range of different outputs and package combinations to suit the most exacting of customer requirements. Oil lubricated units are available in three pressure options up to 10 bar g, 15 bar g and 20 bar g, with flows up to 594 l/min. Used by almost every airline in the world for filling on-board emergency cylinders. Also used by major diving contractors, emergency medical service companies and mine rescue centers.
This model will pump from high or medium pressure sources and will also function effectively to collect and transfer the gas from partially depleted supply cylinders to "Top Off" other cylinders to maximum pressure.
The basic booster is two-stage, rated for continuous duty compression ratios of over 15:1 intermittent to 40:1

General's LT Series tank mounted, oil lubricated air compressors are integrally mounted on ASME air receivers to offer further ease of installation and versatility. Tank mounted units should always be used when an accelerator is required on the sprinkler system. Multiple dry valves may be supplied from a single tank mounted air compressor when using an AMD-1 UL / FM Approved air maintenance device on each individual system.

Our piston air compressors and vacuum pumps are built to withstand the most rugged operating conditions, with corrosion-resistant materials used for critical internal parts. These air compressors and vacuum pumps are available in motor mounted and separate drive versions.

With the WP 4325 and WP 3215 compressor types, the existing Sauer line of air-cooled high-pressure compressors has been enlarged.
The Tornado series consists of the three-stage WP3215 and the four-stage WP 4325. Each of these is available in the "Basic-Version" - a compressor with motor and an optional separate control unit - and in the "Comsilent-Version" - a complete, ready-to-operate system with soundproof canopy.
The "Comsilent-Version" of a modern compressor station. Fully automatic electronic control, noise insulation down to 72dB (A) at a distance of has everything presently required 1m, integrated filter, demistor and condensate collector tank. The width of less than 800mm width allows it to be conveniently brought through any door, the maintenance points are easily accessible through a side maintenance hatch or a front side designed as a door.
Compressors of the Tornado series can naturally also be supplied fitted out for special applications, for example as a gas-tight version for compressing helium, or for use in explosion-protected zones in compliance with ATEX regulations.
