The SLTE is freely positionable and has a precision, sturdy guide. Motors with an integrated encoder are available as the drive. For working loads up to max. 4 kg and fast positioning times (50 mm in approx. 400 ms).
Based on the design platform of the SLT, the SLTE provides practically the full range of interfaces as well as full compatibility with the modular handling and assembly system including adapter kits.

NCBM
The NCBM stage system consists of extremely rigid aluminium section, a MONORAIL BM as well as a ball-screw drive and is suitable for measurements, tests or machining processes with travels of up to 1500 mm. MINORAIL BM guides can be optionally fitted with an integral AMSA measurement scale.

The linear modules Super Wide Body Line provides a self-supporting frame to be easily integrated into the customer’s systems.
They are made of solid aluminium alloy profile with linear guide function.
A special treatment makes the rails’ surface hard like the hardened steel.
The sintered plastic compound of the roller lining resists to pollutants and preserve the rail from wear.
The combination hard alloy of the rails and plastic lining of the rollers provides a very silent running and a very long life (that is several years).
The bearings of the rollers can be life-time lubricated or equipped with lubricator (see catalogue).
The movement is activated through timing belt.

The stepping motor, already mounted, with positioning control has 16 freely programmable positions. For easy start up of the axis an easy-to-use communication software (download under construction) and pre-configured parameter files are available for download. By means of digital inputs, the eLINE Compact Module communicates with higher-level control systems. The axes also work in stand-alone mode without an additional PLC. The user operates the linear systems manually in jog mode and can enter destination positions easily using a Teach function.
The eLINE eCKK Compact Modules with eLINE Ball Screw Assemblies and the eCKR with a toothed belt have exactly the same main dimensions and connection dimensions as the well established standard Compact Modules from Rexroth. The predefined raster lengths with clearly assigned order numbers simplify the selection from the numerous strokes and lengths.

"Mini" linear axes are available with belt or spindle drives. Carriages are guided by means of rollers on guides mounted in the base profile. The stable and compact construction enables highly dynamic movement to be achieved within the load range. Servo motors are generally used for the drive but other forms of motorisation are possible. Axes can be supplied with a stroke of up to 6 m.

Linear Motor Table LT is a direct drive positioning table featuring a low sectional height and light weight. An AC linear servo motor and an optical linear scale are compactly integrated in the moving table and bed made of aluminum alloy, and miniature type linear motion rolling guides IKO Linear Way L are assembled in the table guide section. Linear Motor Table LT, adopting a C-shaped magnet yoke arranged in-between two stator magnets together with a moving coil, provides large driving force and achieves high speed and quick response positioning. Linear Motor Table LT is most suitable for applications requiring high speed operation such as semi-conductor and liquid crystal related equipment, measuring instruments, assembling systems, material transfer equipment.

The SR stage is a compact, small footprint, open type positioning stage. It is used in closed loop positioning applications that require high speed and high accelerations of lighter loads.
The ironless core coil assembly has no magnetic attractive force to the stationary magnet assembly, which reduces the load on and increases life of the bearing system.
The low overall weight of the stage makes it ideal as a Y axis (top axis) in a multi-axis system. The lower moving mass of the stage allows for much higher accelerations of light payloads.
The cable carrier is oversized to allow for passage of customer payload cables and hoses. The back of the cable carrier can be easily removed and reattached to route through additional cables.
