According to occupational health and safety standards (in Germany), a sound level of 85dB(A) may only be exceeded in case of justifiable exceptions. Excessive noise presents a health hazard to workers as well as impairing communication and performance. Elring multi-channel nozzles serve to achieve a major reduction in sound levels.
Enhanded Effectiveness Using Pinpointed Blowing Power
Aerodynamically adapted air supply to the nozzle channels increases effectiveness, while the laminar air flow of Elring multi-channel nozzles also produces a strong effect beyond the delivery end of the nozzles. This results in a further efficiency increase as well as allowing conveyance of heavier production parts.
Benefits
- cost savings in work environments requiring noise protection
- cost savings through reduced consumption of compressed air
- enhanced performance through optimized compressed air delivery at the nozzles
- pinpointed blowing action through adjustable compressed air nozzles

Ultrasonic Oscillators offer a new method of atomization. Electric waves are transformed into mechanical oscillations. Within the atomizer, these oscillations cause a regulated thin film of liquid to experience a minute wave action. These oscillations act to shear the liquid into finely atomized droplets.
Generally, Lechler ultrasonic atomizers are suited to atomize liquids that are free of solids and have a viscosity no higher than 50 centipoises.
Typical applications are:
. Air humidifying
. Product moistening
. Injecting gas into liquids and degassing liquidsn
. Adding liquids during stirring and mixing operations
. Medical technology

Our UniJet spray nozzles allow for quick and easy spray tip replacement. Spray tips can be removed by simply unscrewing the existing retainer cap, removing the existing spray tip by hand and installing the new tip. There's no need to replace the nozzle body.
Some UniJet nozzles are designed for use with compressed air for blow-off and drying applications. TK spray tips feature a round orifice and a large, unobstructed air volume passage with a wide angle, medium-velocity spray. UniJet blow-off nozzle assemblies feature a horizontal slot across the tip of the nozzle and delivers a uniform flat fan pattern.
UniJet spray nozzles are available with a large choice of interchangeable spray tips, body types, sizes, spray angles and spray patterns. Material options include brass, 303 stainless steel and hardened stainless steel. A wide variety of accessories is available. Choose from strainers, check valves, jet stabilizers, adapters, plates, fittings, mounting and cap options and more.

Spin spray applications produces a sharpl edge and is scarcely visible on the substrate. Spray nozzles can dispense less glue on large areas. The size of the applicated glue depends on the hot air pressure.
Offered nozzels are:
* Braas nozzles with 7 or 12 air orifices left or right twisting, some have special wide air orifices from 0,3 to 2mm
* Brass nozzle plates from 0,3 to 1,25mm
* Stainless steel nozzles with 7 or 12 air orifices left or right twisting, some have special wide air orifices from 0,25 bis 1mm

SPRAY & SPYRO NOZZLES
They are particularly indicated for depositing glue on a wide space with a minimum thickness. The Spray version nozzle is used for an even spraying of the product, while the Spyro series allows you to obtain spiral-shaped glue strips. Different diameters and air cap shapes give the customer the perfect solution to all gluing problems.

In any dryer good mixing and efficient liquid-gas contact are of basic importance to assure rapid drying. The height of the dryer system is largely determined by the time required to dry the largest particle produced by the atomizer, while other important parameters are represented by the inlet-air temperature and the properties of the product being processed.
Spray drying has several advantages, the main one being the ability to handle heat-sensitive products such as food and pharmaceuticals. This is due to the fact that the drying process of a drop happens by loosing water on the external layers, and this keeps the inside material in the drop cool or at least protected against excessive heat.
