Overview
EXAIR's Super Air Nozzle clusters are an array of Model 1100, 1/4 NPT Super Air Nozzles mounted on a round manifold. They deliver force comparable to larger nozzles while operating at lower decibel levels, making them suitable for applications where noise reduction is a priority. All-aluminum construction. Force values range from 3.2 lbs (1.45 kg) to 9.8 lbs (4.45 kg).

Accessories

• Stay Set Hose - Flexible repositionable hose that holds aim until physically moved; ideal for maintaining airstream direction in repetitive operations.
• Swivel Fittings - Allow blowing angle adjustment (±25° from center axis) to optimize performance and reduce noise. Available in Type 303 or 316 stainless steel.
• Magnetic Bases - Enable horizontal or vertical mounting and include a shutoff valve to vary force and flow for frequent repositioning.
