Overview
The EXAIR Adjustable Air Nozzle P1009 provides a tunable force and airflow for industrial blowoff tasks. A micrometer-style dial sets the gap and a set screw locks the position, minimizing air consumption while allowing precise adjustment. Available in aluminum or Type 303 stainless steel.

How it Works (summary)
The nozzle uses the Coanda effect to entrain surrounding air, amplifying compressed air flow up to 25× or more. Compressed air is ejected through peripheral passages; entrained ambient air produces a high-volume, high-velocity airstream at minimal compressed-air consumption. The design vents safely below OSHA dead-end pressure if blocked.
