Description
EXAIR's Large Super Air Nozzles are available in sizes from 3/8 NPT to 1-1/4 NPT in a zinc/aluminum alloy. Type 316 stainless steel versions are offered through 1 NPT and PEEK plastic is available in 3/8 NPT. The series delivers concentrated blowing force from 1.9 lbs (0.86 kg) up to 23 lbs (10.43 kg) measured at 12" (305 mm). Protective aerodynamic slots guide airflow to a single point of convergence, producing high impact force while reducing noise compared with typical open blowoffs.

  • PEEK Plastic — chemical resistant, non‑marring for harsh environments. Max temp 320°F (160°C).

Accessories
  • Stay Set Hose — flexible, repositionable hoses with memory to hold aim without creep; ideal when frequent repositioning is required.
  • Swivel Fittings — allow blowing angle adjustment (±25°) to optimize performance and reduce noise; available in Type 303 or 316 stainless steel.
  • Magnetic Bases — permit horizontal or vertical mounting for frequent movement; include shutoff valve to vary force and flow.
