Without a doubt, Stanley hydraulic pumps exemplify the pure power of hydraulic tools. Our SM50 pump discharges an impressive 500 gallons per minute (1890 lpm) while it's small size allows it to fit in a box 11 inches deep by 10 inches square (26.7 cm x 25.4 cm).

The EMU Bottom Intake Pump is the latest product of our program and combines the technical advantages of a submersible motor pump with the application possibilities of a shaft pump.
The pump was especially developed for the application in water treatment and irrigation plants, in mining and civil engineering, with off-shore systems, for pumping of low water levels.
The installation is simple and favourable in price, even with older stations, because the pump is directly flanged at the existing pipe line.

This series of pumps covers an extensive performance range and can be used in a variety of applications: from pumping sewage in treatment plants and municipal applications, handling industrial effluent, process water and raw water, to applications in aqua and agriculture.
The standard version of these pumps is made in cast iron and for more demanding applications the pumps can be supplied in industrial configuration. The pumps are also available in explosion proof versions. An extensive range of hydraulic sections, including the impeller and volute, are available to handle different types of media. Pumpex drainage pumps are submersible to 20 m depth and have no suction lift limitations.
This is superior to any self-priming system due to the fact that the pump is installed submerged in the pit. The pump does not need to be moved with varying water levels and it is designed to run dry in case the water level drops too low. |

Slurry removal is an essential part of day-to-day
operations in a wide range of industries, such as
mining, ore dressing, sand contracting, ash handling
and steel milling.
The applications in these industries make heavy
demands on the slurry pumps, particularly in terms of
the costs incurred when it comes to wear and tear,
repairs and maintenance.
In this series of pumps the wet end, indeed all wear
parts, are made of hardened high-chrome cast iron,
which provides complete wear protection. The highchrome
impeller, incorporates a swept-back design for
sustained high efficiency and clog-free performance in
the most severe applications.
The drive unit can be easily detached from the wet
end for fast access to wear parts. And there is no
need to replace the entire wet end because the split
casing design enables the volute lining to be easily
accessed and replaced.
Flygt is the only manufacturer that offers its customers
a total solution for slurry handling. The pumps can be
supplied with an agitator and/or a mixer for a cleaner
sump. Optional internal cooling allows pumping down
to low levels, avoiding sediment build-up – we call it

Submersible pumps
Submersible pumps are ready to use because they do not need to prime: it is sufficient to submerge them in the water. They can operate partially submerged, and can therefore be left unattended overnight. They can pump dirty water with sand, mud and solids in suspension. |
