ATC - Advanced Temperature Calibrator
Dry-block and liquid bath calibrators. The unique active dual-zone heating block is designed to ensure optimum temperature homogeneity in the calibration zone of the block. This design eliminates the major uncertainties due to heat loss through the sensor-under-test and from the top of the block. The dry-block design combined with the external reference sensor input make the ATC series as accurate as a laboratory calibrator but maintain the speed and portability of a dry-block.
The ATC measures the output from the sensor-under-test directly: Thermocouples, RTD, mV, mA, and V. There is no need for multiple instruments. The JOFRA ATC series saves time by performing automatic stand-alone calibrations. Just run the downloaded work orders from the JOFRACAL calibration software. After completion of the work orders, the results may be downloaded into the computer for analysis, filing, and printing of certificates. |

Featuring patent-applied for Free Piston Stirring Cooler (FPSC) technology for cooling, together with a special heating element, the ATC-125 offers high accuracy, excellent stability and extremely fast heating and cooling times.
The ATC-125 ultra cooler calibrator may be used to perform fully automatic calibration routines without using an external computer. It is also possible to use the computer for full upload and download capabilities. The ATC-125 may also be supplied with inputs for external reference sensors and for sensors-under-test. All ATC calibrators feature RS232 serial communication and the standard delivery also includes the JOFRACAL calibration PC software.

SIKA Precision Temperature Calibrators, TP 38 000 / TP 38 000 E series
Calibrating with every convenience
Working more cost-effectively, safely and reliably in the range from -30°C to 600°C
Thermometers, thermocouples and other temperature sensors are subject to mechanical, thermal and chemical stresses especially in industrial use. This leads with increasing time to a drift that is not predictable.
Since the temperature in industrial processes has become one of the most important indicators of quality, operating safety and service life, the calibration of temperature sensors on site has achieved special importance.
Inaccurate temperature measurements reduce product quality, increase the risk of failure and lead to increased energy consumption.
Only the regular calibration of the sensors provides information on the difference between actual and measured temperature and thus makes the specific drift behaviour visible. |

| The CE-350 is a low-cost alternative to the Tecal 425S where routine checking of RTD and thermocouples is all that is required. For such applications, it is important that the unit is very portable (only weighs 1.5kg) and can calibrate the sensors as quickly as possible (can heat and cool over the temperature range in a matter of minutes). Typical applications where the CE-350 can be used are in checking fire alarm detectors, industrial ovens, dryers, etc. |

The PTC 400 Precision Temperature Calibrator is an ideal device to handle all of your temperature calibration needs in a truly rugged,low-cost package. It combines virtually all widely used thermocouples and RTDs in one device — you ’ll never have to worry about finding a temperature device you can ’t calibrate. This is especially true when calibrating "smart ” or pulsed RTD transmitters, where many other calibrators fail to work or operate at reduced accuracy specs. The PTC 400 handles those applications with ease.

Tek Know TC150
Temperature Calibrator
TC150 is a portable dry block calibrator with temperature range from -40°C below ambient to + 150°C. The special designed controller and the aluminum low mass well gives the unit quick responds when the set temperature is changed. Peltier elements are used to generate heat or cold in the well. The internal microprocessor change the controller parameters depending of the set point and temperature of the internal sensor are shown at the internal LCD display. Resolution is 0.1°C. Accuracy is ± 0.3°C and stability is ± 0.03°C. The unit is equipped with an RS-232 serial interface and can easily be connected to a PC and the SC200 software. TC150 is supplied with a rugged case, traceable certificate and necessary equipment. |

The Model 100 calibration system consists of a uniform
heating plate, controller, and Type K thermocouple that
is used to heat and test metal samples over the
temperature range of ambient to 950°F (510°C).
This system provides a fast and simple offline method
to verify the accuracy of infrared sensors and thermocouple
probes on specific test samples.
It is used to determine the proper TRUSET setting,
SIF (Surface Index Factor) adjustment, and/or emissivity
of a surface by using a thin wire thermocouple embedded
in the test sample.
It is commonly used as a reference source for characterizing
aluminum and other low emissivity materials plus it
can be used as an approximate blackbody reference when
looking at a flat black painted metal surface.
This calibration system eliminates the uncertainty
regarding application errors associated with
surface emissivity. |

Three 1kW heaters give a heat up time from ambient to 600°C of approximately 100 minutes. All the SBL range of units have a pocket in the fluidised bath that will accept a 5mm diameter control thermocouple.
SBL-2D:
This extra depth fluidised bath is based on the SBL-2 but with a working depth of 350mm. Four 1kW heaters give a heat up time from ambient to 600°C of approximately 100 minutes.
TC - 8D:
Designed to improve the temperature stability and temperature setting obtainable with the energy regulator supplied as standard with the SB series of fluidised baths. The TC-8D is a self contained unit and is supplied complete with a chromel/alumel Type K thermocouple which fits into the sheath supplied with the SBL baths. The unit has digital set point and readout of bath temperature on an LED display and incorporates PID control. |

The FB-08 is an attractively finished rectangular bench standing unit. The controls for temperature and fluidising air flow are mounted on a recessed panel on the front of the unit, together with on-off switches for the power supply and the dust extractor and indicators for various functions.
The inner container is well insulated and the outer case is vented so that it remains safe to touch even when the bath is operating at its maximum temperature. The inner container is filled from the top with alumina. When fluidised this medium is heated by four immersion heaters close to the container wall; the control thermocouple is close to the heaters. |
