REV vertical lathes and vertical turning centers
The REV machines are manufactured in three sizes with table diameters of 1.250, 1.600 and 2.000 mm and are available as 2-axis or 3-axis vertical turning centers.
The REV machines are designed and built to perform efficient machining of one-off work pieces or in repeated production of small and medium-sized series. The high quality design of this machine is result of long-term experience in the manufacture of vertical turning centers which takes into account customers‘ requirements for accurate, reliable and cost effective machines.

The Vertical Turning Centres VTC has a high quality production capability and is of a modular design which provides the following machine specification options for each basic size of machine:
· Fixed cross rail models provide high rigidity and operating accuracy.
· Elevating cross rail models are recommended for greater working heights.
· Live spindle and full contouring ‘C’ axis is available on both fixed and elevating cross rail models, which enable to do turning, drilling, threading, milling and grinding operations.

SKA vertical lathes and vertical turning centers
Vertical lathes SKA are manufactured in sizes from 12 to 40 (i.e. with the table diameter from 1.250 till 4.000 mm). At these machines the railhead with the ram and the rotary tool drive, the automatic tool exchange and protective guards have been designed in the entirely new way. The SKA vertical lathes are designed for efficient turning, boring, threading, drilling, milling and grinding of components. The machine enables external and internal surfaces to be machined and faces to be turned at constant cutting speed.

The machines are supplied with movable cross rails and one vertical head for turning operations. Upon request it is possible to have one or two steel vertical heads fitted, with an automatic clamp and a tool loader.
The CNC can be ECS4802, FANUC 21i-TB or SIEMENS 840 D and the measuring systems with linear scales and Heidenhain encoder .
The manual platform can be modified with automatic 4 self centering jaw built by Rotomors.
All machines are equipped with resistant protective panels and chips conveyers.
