This item is the first ultra high voltage outdoor GCB, delivered with a voltage of 800kV, available in a design that was developed in 2009. The development of this item facilitates the growing demands of the Indian Grid network for huge power transmission. The breakers in this series are also designed to clear a fault current of 50kA, while the items come with a spring-pneumatic mechanism, providing closing that is done through spring and opening through air pneumatic pressure. The breaker comes with four break interrupters, employing a dual flow puffer action. Finally, the items provide operational safety and reliability.
