TECHNICAL FEATURES: Temperature limits: for fluids from -15°C to +120°C Pressure limits: from PN40 to PN16 SPECIFIC FEATURES: Bore: full. Stem: anti blow out. Seats: high resistance virgin PTFE. Upper seal: 4 seals 1 PTFE ring - high pressure 2 anti-friction self-adjusting cone shaped seals, in PTFE- medium and low pressure 1 O-Ring - low pressure. Finishing: Internal surfaces are nickel free and comply with forthcoming European drinking water regulations. Ball: special self-cleaning system that avoids stagnation. Valve: complies with EN 13828. Connections: comply with UNI 11065 - UNI TS 11147 pr EN 1254-7 : 05 Thread: UNI ISO 228. Application fields: The PRESSTIGE series enables rapid installation due to the press-fit system using press tools in accordance with schedule A. The valve incorporates the compression’s fitting, reducing the components to use and therefore the costs. This valve design incorporates a press-fit connection wich reduces the time and cost of installations. The valve complies with UNI EN 1057 and it is suitable for cold and hot water, drinking water distribution, industrial and civil heating installation (see schedule A). Operation devices: aluminium lever, aluminium T-handle. All the valves comply with the regulation 97/23/CE and are tested 100% on pneumatic seal with electronic control.
