Description

TECHNICAL FEATURES: Temperature limits: for fluids from –15°C to +120°C Pressure limits: for fluids from 50 bar to 40 bar SPECIFIC FEATURES: Bore: full. Stem: anti blow out. Seats: high resistance virgin PTFE. Upper seal: 4 seals 1 PTFE ring - high pressure 2 anti-friction self-adjusting cone shaped seals, in PTFE - medium and low pressure 1 O-Ring - low pressure. Finishing: Internal surfaces are nickel free and comply with forthcoming European drinking water regulations. Ball: special self washing system that avoids stagnation. • The GALAXY DVGW series has been designed to comply with forthcoming European drinking water regulations which requires all internal surfaces to be nickel-free and all components in contact with the water to be compliant to regulations. Application fields: The GALAXY DVGW series is mainly used in drinkable water distribution systems, industrial and civil heating, oil, pneumatics, agriculture. Threaded end connections: • Standard female and male according to UNI ISO 7/1 (UNI EN 10226). Operation devices: Aluminium lever, aluminium T-handle. All the valves comply with the regulation 97/23/CE and are tested 100% on pneumatic seal with electronic control.
