CNC plate drilling and punching lines The P lines series includes automatic punching and drilling lines for plates up to 80mm (3”) thick. These compact lines are made of a sturdy C-frame which guarantees processing accuracy and long term reliability. The punching model can also perform drilling and marking operations. The high speed drilling model can also mark, tap and scribe the plate for welding, layout and part marking. PUNCHING UNITS The P lines are equipped with three selectable punches each capable of generating the full force. A self-adjustable clamping system keeps the plate in position during the punching and stripping cycles. DRILLING UNITS A max 19 kW (26 HP) drilling head is available on the punching lines. The plate drilling lines are supplied with a Direct Drive high-speed 27 kW (37 HP) drill head with 8 positions automatic tool-changer. MARKING Marking of parts is possible with a marking tool, mounted in place of one punch or with a programmable marking device for the plate drilling model. SUPPORTING TABLE A solid roller table supports the workpiece during processing and material repositioning.
