Additionally the numerous available placement head combinations and supply methods make it a versatile addition to any SMT manufacturing line--regardless of board size. An intelligent fluxing unit allows for PoP components from both tape and tray while providing the necessary feeder inputs. Process technologies such as 3D sensing and chip thickness sensing are also possible. Progressive changeover, gang nozzle exchange and feeder anywhere allow for near zero loss changeovers.
The NPM-W also features options for LED assembly to assist with brightness uniformity and bad mark recognition without sacrificing speed.
