The liquid Flow Sensors LG16/LG216 series offers calibrated, digital liquid flow sensing performance. The pressure resistant, non invasive sensors offer small sized, highly efficient solutions to measure all flow rates below 80 ml/min. Due to the extremely short response time the sensors allow for monitoring of highly dynamic effects and bubble detection.
Liquid flow sensing solutions for flow rates below 80 ml/min down to the microfluidic sector and sub nano litre resolutions are Sensirion's unique strength. Sensirion manufactures CMOSens® microsensors in high volumes (starting at 100 pieces).
