Description

It comes with an innovative design that enables measurement in the smallest spaces achievable to date. Two sensors are available, one with a glass substrate (LPG10) and the other with a plastic substrate (LPP10). While the glass LPG10 is exceptionally durable, the plastic LPP10 is extremely cost-effective in large quantities and ideally suited for short-term applications. The non-invasive liquid flow sensor technology is based on thermal MEMS sensor elements. The unique strength of Sensirion lies in its Liquid flow sensing solutions for flow rates down to the microfluidic sector and sub-nanoliter resolutions. Samples of both LPG10 and LPP10 series are available. Sensirion can modify existing products or develop entirely new products. The features Flow rates range from nl/min up to 1000 µ/min. It works on totally non-invasive sensing principle. The Supply voltage is between 3.3V and 3.6V.It comes with Digital I²C interface and has a 40 ms response time
