The LG01 by Sensirion is an OEM thermal mass flow meter designed for liquids. This specific equipment is designed to detect ultra low liquid flow rate which makes it more reliable in wide range operation. The detection of liquid flow is possible for current flow rate that is either above or below specific flow switch level. The identification of air bubbles within the system is stable.
