Overview
  • Comprehensive range of VUOTOTECNICA® vacuum cups and accessories for gripping, handling and clamping a wide variety of materials: glass, wood, marble, ceramic, metal sheets, films, bags, delicate products and industrial components.


General features (rubber compounds and materials)
  • Standard compounds: natural para rubber (N), oil-resistant rubber (A), silicone (S). Special compounds include BENZ (MAXIGRIP), GERANIUM (OF foam), NF neoprene foam, EPDM (SB).
  • Working temperature ranges depend on compound (examples: BENZ -40 to +170°C; GERANIUM OF -40 to +80°C; NF neoprene -20 to +100°C; EPDM SB -40 to +130°C).


Key product families and highlights
  • Small cups with supports (Ø 4–9 mm): traditional cup-shaped pads for flat or slightly curved surfaces; cold-fittable on nickel-plated brass supports. Example codes: 010410, 010510.
  • Cups with supports (Ø 10–45 mm): cold-fittable on brass or anodised aluminium supports; wide size range. Example codes: 011010, 011510.
  • Large diameter cups (Ø 85 mm): aluminium supports; option for M8 threaded hole to reduce suction volume. Example codes: 018510, 088510.
  • Star (SV) vacuum cups: internal star reinforcement for flat and flexible objects; male/female threaded supports. Examples: SV20, SV30, SV40.

  • Foam rubber cups (GERANIUM / NF): self-adhesive foam side for rough/uneven surfaces; examples: 014215, 016415.
  • Vacupredator: for bags and flexible containers; aluminium body with slotted plate and foam seal to reduce perimeter losses. Examples: VP12OF1015.
  • Bernoulli (air-film) cups: non-contact lift for wafers, solar cells and foils. Examples: BEC20, BEC30.

Accessories and fittings
  • Supports in nickel-plated brass, anodised aluminium or galvanised steel with male/female threads; adapters (GAS↔metric, NPT), AQ adapters for robotics, quick couplers and threaded reductions to modulate suction section.


Usage notes
  • Select compound by working temperature, chemical exposure (oils, solvents), surface roughness and required grip gentleness (e.g. silicone for delicate surfaces, BENZ for oily sheets, foam types for very rough surfaces).
  • Design features (cleats, labyrinth faces, reinforcement sectors, bellows) reduce suction volume, improve grip and prevent deformation of thin or flexible materials.
