Vacuum cups with supports (small diameters)

• Cup-shaped vacuum cups for small objects with flat or slightly curved surfaces. Diameters 4–9 mm. Standard compounds: natural para rubber (N), oil-resistant rubber (A), silicone (S). Cold-fittable onto nickel-plated brass supports with male threaded pin for quick replacement.

Vacuum cups with supports (10–45 mm range)

• Traditional cup shapes for diameters 10–45 mm. Available in N, A, S. Cold-fittable onto nickel-plated brass or anodised aluminium supports shaped to cup profile; male threaded pin fixation. Special compounds and alternative supports on request.

Star Vacuum cups (SV series)

• SV series for handling flat and flexible objects without deformation. Internal reinforcement sectors create a star-shaped bearing surface combining a soft lip and rigid support. Can be fitted with male or female threaded anodised aluminium supports.
• Example models: SV20SR, SV25SR, SV30SR, SV40SR, SV50SR and SV20–SV50 variants.

Maxigrip cups (round flat and bellows)

• Designed for robot-automotive and general industry. Round/oval, flat and bellows types with flexible outer lip and internal design to drain oil/water for secure grip on oil-covered metal sheets or wet glass/marble.
• Made in BENZ compound (hardness 60–75°Sh, working temperature -40 to +170°C) with vulcanised support; wide accessories range and special compounds on request.

Maxigrip elliptical cups

• Flat and bellows elliptical cups for long narrow gripping surfaces (cardboard cases, profiles, small tiles). Bellows adapt to non-perpendicular gripping planes and recover unevenness.

Suction cups for handling plastic films, flow packs and packaging

• Series for thin, lightweight and delicate materials. Very thin lip and internal cleats distribute vacuum evenly to prevent deformation or suction-through. Para compound recommended for adhesion and gentleness on films and paper.

Round flat vacuum cups with supports

• For wooden/plastic panels, thin glass or marble, fragile metal sheets and ceramic tiles. Low, slightly tilted lip with internal cleats to reduce suction volume and prevent deformation. Cold-fittable onto anodised aluminium supports and locked by ring nut; M8 threaded hole available for grub screw to reduce suction air volume.

Round flat vacuum cup for soft drink cans (example)

• Cup geometry adapted for gripping cans and smooth curved surfaces; lip shape reduces air volume for quicker grip/release. Cold-fittable onto anodised aluminium supports.

Round flat vacuum cups for ceramic tiles

• Thin soft lip and supporting surface with cleats for firm grip on very rough surfaces like ceramic tiles, glass and marble. Cold-fittable onto anodised aluminium supports.

Round flat vacuum cups with vulcanised support

• Designed for gripping moulded or drawn sheet metal (automotive). Ground lip for immediate sealing; made in BENZ compound to resist chlorine in oils. Galvanised steel support vulcanised onto cup for heavy-duty use.

Flat round vacuum cups with vulcanised support (heavy-duty)

• Vulcanised onto steel support, labyrinth-graved face for gripping fragile glass and marble; internal vertical lip on some series for extremely rough surfaces. Available in standard compounds.

Foam rubber vacuum cups (GERANIUM / OF / NF)

• Foam rubber cups made with GERANIUM (OF) for uneven and very rough surfaces; self-adhesive side for quick fixing to support. NF neoprene foam recommended for lubricated surfaces. Working temp OF: -40 to +80°C; NF: -20 to +80°C. Supports usually anodised aluminium; larger sizes may include side threaded hole for vacuum connection.

Vacupredator vacuum cups (bags, packs and flexible containers)

• Designed for bags, packs and flexible containers including flow packs and medical containers. Anodised aluminium plate with slot and special foam seal prevents perimeter vacuum losses. Lifting force calculated at vacuum -75 kPa with safety factor 3.

VMG134 suction cup for structured tiles

• For textured tiles; high-density foam rubber available in EPDM (SB) -40 to +130°C, Geranium foam (OF) -40 to +80°C, neoprene (NF) -20 to +80°C. Self-adhesive for quick attachment. Support in anodised Anticorodal with four holes and two vacuum connections sealed with NBR O-rings. Replaceable foam element.

Bellows and reinforced bellows cups (packaging, flow packs, eggs, baked goods)

• Bellows provide flexibility to compensate flatness errors and adapt to inclined surfaces; available in food-grade compounds for packaging lines. Special egg bellows ensure delicate grip without breakage. Reinforced bellows prevent sticking between layers.

Vacuum cups with one or two bellows and vulcanised supports (heavy duty)

• Bellows versions crumple during grip to slightly lift load and avoid sticking; variants available with male/female threaded connectors and vulcanised supports or hexagonal supports with M8 grub screw hole.

Special vacuum cups and accessories

• Many special shapes to solve specific gripping problems: CDs, labels, sheets, chocolates, tiles, small metal/plastic parts, laminated plastics, films, etc. Supports and adapters in nickel-plated brass, galvanised steel or anodised aluminium. Gas–NPT adapters and threaded reductions available.

• Bernoulli cups for non-contact handling of fragile objects (semiconductor wafers, silica discs, solar cells, foils). Aluminium body with stainless steel thrust disc and antistatic silicone spacers; axial/radial compressed air connections and quick coupler included.

Supports, adapters and accessories

• Wide range of supports (nickel-plated brass, anodised aluminium, galvanised steel), threaded grub screws with calibrated hole to reduce suction section, gas–NPT adapters, couplers, articulated joints and non-rotating holders. Many cold-fittable supports match internal cup profiles.
