Overview

Vacuum cups with supports (small diameters)
Traditional cup-shaped vacuum cups for small objects with flat, slightly concave or convex surfaces. Typical diameters 4–9 mm. Standard compounds: Para natural (N), oil‑resistant (A) and silicone (S). Cold-fittable onto nickel-plated brass supports with male threaded pin for fastening. Replacement as spare part is straightforward.

Vacuum cups with supports (10–45 mm)
Wide range for small to medium objects. Diameters 10–45 mm. Standard compounds N, A, S. Supports in nickel-plated brass or anodised aluminium with threaded pin. Many SKUs available for automation fittings.

Large vacuum cups (85 mm)
High-diameter cups (85 mm) in standard compounds with anodised aluminium supports. Support may include M8 threaded hole or grub-screw provision to reduce suction air volume for faster cycle times.

Star vacuum cups (SV series)
SV series for flat, flexible items (cardboard pads, thin metal sheets). Star-shaped bearing surface with internal reinforcement sectors combines a soft adaptive lip and a rigid support area for stability. Available with male or female threaded anodised aluminium supports.

Maxigrip cups
Designed for robotic and automotive applications. Round and oval, flat and bellows types with vulcanised support. Flexible outer lip plus internal support geometry for oil and water drainage and increased friction on oily or wet surfaces. Typical compound: BENZ (exclusive) with high temperature and oil resistance.

Suction cups for plastic films, flow packs and packaging
Series for thin, lightweight or delicate objects (plastic/paper bags). Very thin lip and internal cleats to distribute vacuum and prevent deformation or material ingress. Para compound recommended for gentle adhesion.

Round flat vacuum cups with supports
Designed for wooden/plastic panels, thin glass or marble sheets and fragile metal sheets. Low, slightly tilted lip and internal cleats reduce swipe and suction volume; cold-fittable on anodised aluminium supports and locked by ring nut.

VMG134 suction cup for structured tiles
For textured tiles on automatic sorting machines. High-density foam rubber maintains elasticity over many cycles. Available in compounds with different temperature ranges (EPDM SB, GERANIUM OF, NEOPRENE NF). Anodised Anticorodal support with four fixing holes and two vacuum connections sealed with NBR O-rings.

Vacuum cups with vulcanised support
Intended for moulded or drawn sheet metal (automotive). Ground lip ensures immediate seal. Produced in BENZ compound resistant to chlorine-containing oils. Galvanised steel support vulcanised onto the cup.

Flat round vacuum cups with vulcanised support (heavy load)
For lifting heavy loads vertically and horizontally. Labyrinth-graved face in same compound allows gripping fragile glass and marble without bending. Some series include internal vertical lip for very rough surfaces.

Flat round foam rubber vacuum cups
Made with GERANIUM (OF) foam rubber for rough surfaces while retaining elasticity. Self-adhesive side for quick fixing. NF neoprene foam recommended for lubricated surfaces.

Vacupredator cups
Designed for bags, packs and flexible containers. Anodised aluminium body with slotted plate and foam rubber seal to adapt to flexible items and prevent perimeter vacuum losses. Lift force calculations example: designed for at least -75 kPa vacuum with safety factor 3.

Bellows, reinforced and multi-bellow cups
Multiple bellows designs for packaging and handling delicate or irregular objects. Bellows compensate for flatness errors and allow gripping on inclined surfaces; suitable for eggs, baked goods and delicate items.

Concave, circular rim and elliptical cups
Concave cups for cylindrical objects (pipes, bottles). Circular rim cups for objects with a central hole (grinding wheels, CDs). Elliptical cups for cardboard cases, boxes and profiles; available with or without supports.

Foam rubber sheets and strips
OF foam rubber sheets and strips with self-adhesive backing for custom cups; SB extra soft EPDM for OCTOPUS gripping surfaces; NF neoprene foam closed-cell for oil resistance.

Supports, adapters and accessories
Range of supports (nickel-plated brass, anodised aluminium, galvanised steel) shaped to fit cups, with male or female threaded pins. Adapters and couplers for thread conversions (gas to metric, NPT), grub screws with calibrated holes to reduce suction section, and other accessories.

Bernoulli vacuum cups
Cups based on Bernoulli principle for non-contact handling of extremely delicate items (semiconductors, solar cells, foils). Anodised aluminium body, stainless thrust disc and antistatic silicone spacers; axial or radial compressed-air supply.

Special and clamping vacuum cups
Special-shaped cups for specific challenges: CDs, labels, chocolates, tiles, small metal/plastic parts, bags and delicate products. High-precision clamping cups with guaranteed height tolerance available for glass processing.

Notes on materials and mounting
Supports materials: nickel-plated brass, anodised aluminium, galvanised steel, Anticorodal. Many cups are cold fitted onto supports; some have vulcanised supports. Compound selection depends on temperature, oil exposure, surface roughness and food compatibility.
