General
The Wolf Rack is an A-frame transport rack manufactured from 2 mm thick sheet metal. Individual A-frames have an open structure; their tops contain rivet nuts and are bolted into a U-shaped tie bar with self-aligning bolts. Load bars engage slots at the base of each A-frame and are fastened with self-aligning bolts screwed into rivet nuts permanently fixed at the frame bases. The design yields a rigid connection and permits assembly and disassembly with a single tool by one operator.

• Modular A-frames formed from 2 mm sheet metal are secured together to create transport racks.
• Bearing faces are rubber-topped and slope inward; perpendicular support surfaces use resilient rubber to protect and retain stacked materials.
• Bearing surfaces are positioned low in the A-frame to minimize lift height while allowing access for forklift forks and pallet jacks.
• Wolf Racks are lightweight yet strong and are designed for quick assembly and disassembly.
• The A-frame structure can be reduced to a compact shipping size by a single worker using one tool.
• Assembled from a limited number of parts to shorten handling time and simplify operation.
• Compacted racks are light enough to be manhandled into a van or onto a truck for return shipping.

• Optional clip-on safety posts to press carried objects against the A-frame assembly for secure transport of large items such as stone and glass sheets on factory floors and construction sites.
• Optional quick-fit wheels and handles using the same bolts and tools as the frame assembly.
