General
The Wolf Rack is an A-frame transport rack manufactured from 2 mm thick sheet metal. Individual A-frames have an open design; their tops include rivet nuts and are bolted into a U-shaped tie bar with self-aligning bolts. Load bars fit into slots at the base of each A-frame and are secured with self-aligning bolts threaded into rivet nuts permanently fixed at the frame base. This results in a rigid connection and enables assembly and disassembly with a single tool by personnel without special skills.

• Modular A-frame panels formed from 2 mm sheet metal, secured together to create transport racks.
• Rubber-topped sloping bearing surfaces and resilient rubber perpendicular supports protect and retain loaded materials.
• Bearing surfaces are positioned low in the A-frame to minimize lift height while leaving clearance for forklift forks and pallet jacks.
• Lightweight construction with high structural strength; racks are quickly assembled and disassembled.
• Design reduces to a compact empty shipping size by one worker using one tool.
• Simple assembly from few parts reduces assembly/disassembly time and operational complexity.
• Compacted racks are light enough to be handled into vans or trucks for return shipping.

• Clip-on safety posts to secure large sheets (stone, glass) against the A-frame during movement on factory or construction floors.
• Quick-fit wheels and handles using the same bolts and tools as frame assembly.
