Product description
Marble shot blasting machines are designed for surface cleaning and finishing of stone products such as marble, basalt, granite, slabs, curbstones and cobbles. Workpieces travel on a conveyor while turbines mounted on the machine frame, set at suitable angles, project abrasive media to clean top and bottom faces. The continuous conveyor system enables in-line processing of semi-finished and finished parts with high throughput. Conveyor speed is adjustable per load via digital speed control to match part type and required blasting intensity.

Additional information
Machines are engineered and manufactured according to part dimensions, weights and daily production volumes. An optional dryer can be integrated to remove surface moisture before blasting when required. These machines are also marketed as marble sandblasting machines.
