Product descriptionThe tumble belt shot blasting machine TK series is designed for surface cleaning and finishing of cast, pressed, heat‑treated and forged parts that have no sharp corners and are suitable for rounding. The system is particularly adapted to small and medium sized components that require uniform cleaning by tumbling action inside a half‑cylinder chamber formed by three drums and one large disc. Parts are moved by a swiveling belt mechanism while turbines direct steel abrasive at controlled angles to remove scale, sand, oxides and residues. Blast duration is adjustable via a digital timer to match part material and surface requirements.
Manufacture and optionsMachines are engineered and manufactured according to part dimensions, weight and required daily throughput. Available options include automatic loading (filling) and automatic unloading systems, variable‑speed drives, dust collector interfaces and customized wear‑resistant linings to suit abrasive type.
