Overview
The presence of surface moisture on marble during processing causes corrosion, clogging, dust adhesion and staining after sandblasting, which can lead to machine failures and poor finish. This drying unit removes surface dampness prior to sandblasting to protect downstream equipment and improve final appearance.

Function and design
The unit combines resistive heating and directed air jets and is mounted at the input of the marble sandblasting machine. Marble parts are fed on an adjustable-speed roller conveyor; synchronized heating and air-jet application remove surface moisture efficiently, reducing downtime and the risk of clogging or corrosion.
