OverviewShot blasting rooms are engineered to fit the dimensions of the parts to be processed. A dedicated pneumatic sweeper located on the chamber floor automatically collects fallen steel shot and transfers it into a particle carrier system for sieving, cleaning and storage, eliminating the need for manual scraping of the chamber bottom.
ConstructionThe chamber structure is fabricated in metal with internal surfaces lined with abrasion‑resistant rubber. Walls are insulated to limit sound and heat transmission. Each blasting chamber is designed and manufactured to customer‑specified sizes and layout requirements.
