Product overviewANALOG is a ready-to-use IoT sensor that converts any 0-10 V or 4-20 mA sensor into a communicating device. It enables remote monitoring of measurements such as power consumption, temperature, pressure, humidity, CO2, speed, luminosity, opening, level and other analog signals from sensors or equipment.
Highlights of the IoT sensor- 2 versions available:
- replaceable internal battery
- external power supply
- 2 analog inputs independently configurable as 0-10 V or 4-20 mA
- 2 digital dry-contact inputs associated with analog channels
- Data transmission modes: periodic and/or event-driven
- Local (USB) or remote configuration
- Compatible with KARE
- Other version available: current sensor (separate product)
What the connected sensor does- Measure: Continuously monitor values from 0-10 V or 4-20 mA devices or sensors (clamp ammeter, temperature probes, rain gauges, pressure sensors, humidity, speed sensors, etc.).
- Alert: Trigger alarms (AND/OR) when high/low thresholds are exceeded or on events from the two dry-contact inputs.
Features of the ANALOG IoT sensor- Two hardware variants: replaceable internal battery (ANALOG) or external power input (ANALOG PWR)
- 2 analog inputs configurable independently as 0-10 V or 4-20 mA
- 2 associated digital inputs (dry contact)
- Periodic and event-driven data transmission; data logging up to 24 samples per frame
- Alerts for product errors, configuration errors and low battery
- Configuration: local via USB port; remote via network
General specifications- Weight: 70 g (battery version) / 49 g (powered version)
- Dimensions: 105 × 50 × 27 mm
- Enclosure: IP67, EMERGE™ PC 8731HH grey resin (housing), EMERGE™ PC 8430-15 transparent resin (base)
- Mounting: DIN rail, tube, wall, collar
- Power supply:
- Replaceable battery: 2600 mAh
- External power: 2-pin terminal block, input 6–24 V, max. 90 mA
- Operating conditions recommended:
- Battery version: -25°C to +70°C
- External power version: -25°C to +40°C

Additional features and operation- Minimum scan period: 30 seconds
- Data logging: up to 24 samples per frame
- Configurable lifetime frame and timestamp (EPOCH 2013 format)
- Automatic network test on start-up (via LEDs)
- Customisable join phase: attempts, intervals, remote re-launch, etc.
- Data accessibility: redundancy options available
Radio / RangeBattery life (expected)- Example conditions: 2 inputs active configured as 0-10 V
- With 1 scan every 5 min and 1 transmission every 30 min: SF7 > 15 years, SF12 = 5 years
- With 1 scan every 10 min and 1 transmission every 60 min: SF7 > 15 years, SF12 = 9.1 years
