Description

Overview
The Smart Delta P solution monitors ventilation systems to anticipate maintenance and optimise operation. It integrates an Adeunis Smart Delta P IoT sensor (differential pressure and current measurement), dedicated firmware with mathematical aggregates and edge AI, and the Carl Software IoT platform to process data, build numerical models and generate alerts. The sensor connects to existing ventilation installations via two tubes and a current clamp and learns a normal operating profile before detecting anomalies.

How the IoT solution works
The sensor observes and analyses 'normal' operation during a learning phase. After learning, it detects early signs of abnormal operation and sends alerts to the Carl Software platform via IoT networks. Processed data enables facility managers to adjust ventilation settings and schedule preventive maintenance.
