Overview
The Super Silent is part of Coltri’s Efficient Line: a silenced, high-performance breathing-air compressor engineered to deliver quiet operation and high air quality for diving, industrial and emergency applications. The unit combines a 3-stage high-pressure pumping assembly, a dedicated purification system (Maxifilter) and a silenced cab chassis for low-noise environments.

Electric motor
Single-phase or three-phase electric motor available; standard power range on this model is from 4 to 5.5 kW. The motor transfers motion to the pumping unit through the belt.

Purification system — Maxifilter
The Maxifilter purification system uses a combined molecular sieve and activated carbon filter cartridge to treat breathing air according to applicable standards when original filter cartridges are used. The Maxifilter is positioned after the compressor 2nd and 3rd stage separator and before the pressure maintenance valve to create an initial barrier against moisture. Filter capacity (with inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar): 890 m³.

Electrical cabinet

• ON/OFF switch with motor protection switch
• Electromechanical pressure switch that stops the compressor at final pressure
• Drainage of all separators between individual stages and of the final separator during compressor operation
• Timer for automatic condensate drainage device
• Integrated no-load startup (automatic discharge each time the unit is turned off)
• Condensate collection tank: 5 liters (silenced); capacity about 3 liters for environmental disposal of condensate
• Interstage pressure gauges display operating pressure for individual compression stages

Frame
Silenced cab chassis designed for environments requiring low noise levels. External oil level and drain reporting. Control console equipped with inter-stage gauges, internal temperature indicator, presence and wrong phase sequence alarm, oil shortage alarm, run-stop and manual condensate drain controls for easy operation and maintenance. Frame made of steel with scratch-resistant powder coating in Black RAL 9005 color.
