Description
Programmable touchscreen salt spray (fog) test chamber for accelerated corrosion testing of coated samples. The chamber reproduces saline atmospheres (NSS/ACSS/CASS) to evaluate the appearance of corrosion products and predict coating performance; required test duration depends on the coating's corrosion resistance.

Product Description
Designed for assessment of corrosion and erosion resistance after surface treatments such as electroplating, anodizing, spray coating and anti-rust oil. Suited to R&D, quality control and production inspection where repeatable salt spray exposure is required.

Salt Spray Fog Testing Chamber Features:

• Programmable touchscreen control with PID temperature regulation (±0.1°C) for repeatable test profiles.
• Automatic or manual water replenishment with low-water alarm and dual over-temperature protection.
• High-precision glass spray nozzle and tapered spray tower for uniform mist distribution and minimal NaCl crystallization.
• Laboratory direct steam heating for even temperature rise and reduced standby time.
• Saturated tank in SUS #304 stainless steel for reliable heating and humidification.
• Standard saline concentration 5%; water pH 6.5–7.2 (liquid). Spray modes: continuous or programmable.
• Compressed air requirement 1.0–6.0 Kgf; spray volume 1.0–2.0 ml/80 cm2/h (measured over ≥16 h).
