Product Overview
The furnace chamber uses 1200-type imported polycrystalline alumina fiber and a temperature-resistant ceramic inner box. An intelligent dual-shell cooling system activates the cooling fan automatically when the surface temperature reaches 50ºC. Constant-current soft-start control is applied to extend the life of the heating elements.

Description
The RFD series 1200ºC muffle furnace is designed for laboratory and industrial high-temperature applications such as aging tests and ash content determination for polymers, polyethylene, polyester, nylon, cork and similar materials.
