CT-1, CTA-1 series toroidal current transformers, which are selected according to the cable or busbar thickness, are connected to the current measurement input of the residual current relays and are used to measure the leakage currents. As a current measurement technique, the currents passing through the phase and neutral lines are collected as vectors and compared with the current value set on the RCR and ELR series relay. In addition to the CT series Toroidal residual current transformers, which are generally used during the cabling or by disconnecting the line connection, installation can be made without disturbing the continuity of the system with the split core type CTA series Toroidal Residual Current Transformer, which is easier to use.
