The ALLROUNDER CUBE injection moulding machine is engineered for maximum throughput in high-volume production while minimising floor space and enabling process integration.

  • Flip-top closure – ALLROUNDER CUBE 2900: example production of 32 two-colour flip-top closures in an 8.5 s cycle; cube moulding raises output while reducing energy per part.
  • Lower basket rollers – Reverse-cube configuration: fully assembled lower basket rollers for dishwashers produced up to 40% faster (e.g. 24 finished rollers in 9.5 s).
  • 3-component functional part – Multi-material parts (PP/TPE/POM) produced with an 8+8+8-cavity mould on an ALLROUNDER CUBE 1800 in an assembly-injection process.
